How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select the article, size and colour you’d like to order and proceed to checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your order, and the remaining 50% can be paid via Cash on Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 2–4 working days to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan.
Can I exchange my order?
Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Do Your Offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Are all the items are in stock?
Availability varies. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are available on pre-order. Pre-order items will be clearly mentioned on the product listing.
